Return procedure

• You can retrieve your goods placed under custody upon your arrival in Korea after filing a return declaration on such goods and then depart from Korea. The period available for filing a return declaration is within one month from the date of such goods being normally placed under custody.
• Required documents
  • Return in person: Custody (deposit) certificate, identification card, boarding pass
  • Return by proxy: Required documents for filing a return declaration are: a power of attorney; the authorizer's passport; his or her identification card (copy); and the authorized representative's passport (copy)
