Documents prepared for C/O issuance application
- To apply for the issuance of a C/O, you must submit an application for C/O issuance with the following documents attached to customs or the KCCI before the completion of the shipment.
(1)a copy of the export declaration certificate
(2) invoice description or contracts regarding export transactions
(3) origin statement or its replacements (customs may ask for additional supporting documents, if needed)
